Michael Collins: The Final Days
Published in Hardcover by Justin Nelson Productions (January, 1997)
Author: Justin Nelson
Average review score:

Events and People Surrounding Death of Michael Collins
This is one of the most interesting books on Michael Collins that I have read, primarily because it has excerpts from newspapers and eulogies put out at the time of his death, as well as a very interesting description of the man and his life by his nephew, also named Michael Collins. Michael Collins was one of Ireland's greatest heros, but for many years after his death almost nothing was written or discussed about him officially, or so it seems. This book remedies that by taking us back to the time of the War of Independence and the Irish Civil War and showing us the man as seen by his contemporaries. It is absorbing reading.

As a computerized accounting instructor I have found the current edition of this book to be a helpful teaching tool. It allows students to work at their own pace and does not require previous computer or accounting experience. Starting with the basics of installing the provided software each chapter is a step by step lesson for company setup, customer and sales management, purchasing, etc. Numerous examples allow the student to determine if steps have been inputted correctly. Along with the CD that contains an educational version of Peachtree 7.0 five floppy disk containing business simulations are included.

Great To Have On Hand!
This pocket guide to Excel is great to have on hand. Whether you use a laptop or desktop, this guide will answer most of your questions quickly and without a lot of BS. However, it is just what it says it is- a pocket guide and should not be purchased if you are looking for something of depth. Still, it carries well and the price is exceptional!

Another Great Pocket Guide to MS Office 2000
Stephen Nelson knew what he was doing when he created these pocket guides to Word, Excel, Access and the other Office 2000 books. These books have been passed around my workplace so much I have had to stamp my name in them to make sure I get them back! These are great reference books for most of the basic questions and worth purchasing. However, as stated before, if you are looking for something with more depth, you will have to invest in something else, but this is a quick, informative book that definitely deserves a place on top of your desk!

Amazingly close to the current impeaschment situation!!
This is a blow by blow story of impeachment and also a story of a woman that took her husbands place as Govenor after he was impeached.

In this book Texas's first woman Govenor Ma Fergison at last gets her due.

Ma Fergison was a house hold word in Texas during the twenties's and thirties's

There is no other book that tells the secrets about this much disputed and much malighed administration. The Legislation tried to impeach Ma, but she would not let then call the session.

This book captivated me and kept my attention it is so amazing that the impeachment of the Govenor had so many paralls to the impeachment of President Clinton.

Ma put her desk in the capitol next to the desk of her husband...Texas was refered to as having two Govenors for the price of one.

Ma okyed a horse racing track in Arlington Texas because her Husband Jim liked to play the ponies.

Excellent children's book
Mittens, Peanut, Robbie, and Friends is an excellent collection of short stories for children. Each story has a moral ending without preaching. My children, as well as my nieces and nephews, have all enjoyed the numerous stories in this little collection. I have to admit that I enjoyed reading the stories to my children as well as they enjoyed hearing them.
